All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

In-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days, usually by the next business day. We’ll email you tracking information when your order ships.

Can I return my order? What if it arrives damaged?
Because our pieces are handmade, we do not accept returns for change of mind or fit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email hello@gypsymoonhouse.com with your order number. You may return a damaged or defective item within 30 days for a full refund once we receive it.

Can I cancel my order?.

If you need to cancel, email hello@gypsymoonhouse.com as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships. Once it has shipped, it can’t be canceled. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can make it right.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

 If you entered an incorrect shipping address, email hello@gypsymoonhouse.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships. Once it has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

How long does shipping take?
In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days, usually by the next business day. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Your tracking link will show the estimated arrival once your order ships.
