Returns and refunds

Our handmade and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or fit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@gypsymoonhouse.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Please contact us before mailing anything back so we can provide return instructions. A damaged or defective item may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund once we receive it. If you received an incorrect item, we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at no charge before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
